100 years Of the Bee
In 2025, the Bee will celebrate the 100th anniversary of the very first National Spelling Bee. While only 9 spellers participated in that first competition, their legacy lives on in the millions of students who compete at all levels of the spelling bee program today.
As we celebrate 100 years of the prestigious Scripps National Spelling Bee, we are honored to be part of this century-long tradition of excellence. The Spelling Bee has long been a platform for young students to showcase their mastery of language and their dedication to learning. From the UAE, one exceptional winner who exceeds expectations will earn the opportunity to represent the country at the Scripps National Spelling Bee 2025 in the USA.
